Our services are for diagnostic purposes only. Results should be considered alongside professional medical advice. A positive result does not constitute a medical diagnosis - please consult with a healthcare provider for treatment.
Testing before the recommended window period may yield false negative results. Different tests have different detection windows. Please refer to our testing guide for accurate timing.
Your Secure ID is the only way to access your results. This ID is non-recoverable if lost. We do not maintain records linking your identity to test results.
Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include laboratory fees.
CheckThatMate provides testing services "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
