1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CheckThatMate's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
CheckThatMate provides anonymous STI testing services in Bangkok, Thailand. Our services include:
- Anonymous PCR testing for various STIs
- Sample collection at partner hubs or via concierge service
- Digital result delivery within 4-24 hours
- Post-result medical consultation
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are for diagnostic purposes only. Results should be considered alongside professional medical advice. A positive result does not constitute a medical diagnosis - please consult with a healthcare provider for treatment.
4. Window Period Acknowledgment
Testing before the recommended window period may yield false negative results. Different tests have different detection windows. Please refer to our testing guide for accurate timing.
5. Anonymous ID System
Your Secure ID is the only way to access your results. This ID is non-recoverable if lost. We do not maintain records linking your identity to test results.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include laboratory fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
CheckThatMate provides testing services "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
