CheckThatMate samples are analysed on Roche Cobas, Abbott RealTime and Hologic Panther platforms, at private, specialized laboratories that serve Bangkok's top international hospitals. Every test is performed by licensed medical technologists, on equipment under regular third-party validation, at laboratories that take part in external quality assurance (EQA) programs. Privacy does not mean compromising on quality.

Our Lab Quality Standards

All CheckThatMate partner laboratories are held to strict requirements for quality and competence in medical testing.

This means:

• Calibrated Equipment: Regular third-party validation of all PCR cyclers and analyzers.
• Proficiency Testing: Verifyable external quality assurance (EQA) programs.
• Staff Competence: All tests performed by licensed medical technologists.

Technology Platforms

We utilize Tier-1 diagnostic platforms to ensure result accuracy and reproducibility:

• Roche Cobas® Series: For high-throughput automated PCR testing (HIV viral load, Hepatitis).
• Abbott RealTime: For specialized infectious disease targets.
• Hologic Panther®: For amplified detection of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (NAAT).
