2. Get Assigned a Ghost ID On-Site
At the hub, you're assigned a Ghost ID at check-in. Your sample travels through the lab under that code, not your name, so nothing on the paperwork or the vial can be traced back to you. Reception staff never ask for a document to verify who you are.
3. Results Released to Your Ghost ID
Most results are ready within 4 hours. They're released against your Ghost ID into your private result view, never attached to a named record, so nobody else can request or see them by asking for you by name.
